I am currently reading: "The Passion for the Possible" by Jean Houston




WOW!

Thus far, my experience reading this book is truly epic! I feel empowered by Jean's truthful and poetic expression through words, as I explore a comfortable and mysterious closeness with her. I am also grateful to newdimensions.org for broadcasting so many compelling interviews with her. Listening allowed me to get to "know" Jean, and subsequently purchase this book.

I have now read less than one third of the book and have already had my mind blown at least a few times... and it takes quite a force to blow my mind! (Growing up with an eccentric and theatrical mother, I became somewhat numb to many boisterous personality attributes that many others may be flabbergasted by. Ha,ha!)

Good Vibrations



By the way, there is scientific proof that the Earth's vibration changes when it's inhabitants are experiencing certain physical or emotional circumstances simultaneously, whether "good" or "bad". For example, if a large percentage of households on the planet conduct an experiment by turning off the power in their homes in 1 hour of silence, it has a great affect on our moods - even for those who are not participating, as well as the plant's and the animal's sense of well being. Love In Another Language



I rR Recently I posted a link on Facebook about "Earth Hour" Feb. 27th, 2010 8:30-9:30 p.m. Eastern time, a one hour period when many people choose to simultaneously shut off the power in their businesses and homes for earthly, conservational and vibrational reasons. My post was an enthusiastic request to all whom received it, about how beautiful an hour of silence and peace would be for those on the planet who participated. I received a message from a very dear person whom I trust and respect proclaiming his adamant opinion on the matter. He brought up the controversial issue of global warming and integrated the topic of religious worship in his comment. He sincerely felt compelled to discuss these issues in a loving way and seemed to do so with great confidence. However, I did not realize that this link that I posted was so closely affiliated with the whole global warming political-weird-thing... and my husband, Blake, & I discovered over a year ago that global warming is most likely made up for reasons involving power/attention, money, and other egotistical things (but you never really know)... Over all, I was simply encouraging people to enjoy the planet together in silence in a peaceful, non-political way.

As for the next topic addressed... I, personally, see no separation between loving the planet we live on and loving God. Since everything is made up of matter, and matter is made of protons, neutrons and electrons that entirely consist of energy - I speculate that source energy is in every living and non-living thing? Why does one choose ONE thing to worship when we have the capacity to LOVE and experience the WHOLE thing? Besides, we are a part of this whole thing, here, as the universe, and have no choice about that.

Interestingly, many people that I know in America call the divine, everlasting love, "God". I think that is a beautiful way to say it, but there are many other beautiful ways to verbalize and express divine love as well. This raises some questions: Why would one be afraid of "love in another language". Is it possible for all of us to share "God" and just get along in this life process... having the courage to follow the process without getting fixed on power? Something beyond our small selves, our small countries and small ideals? Allowing ourselves to let go of limiting paradigms? If someone were to "pass away" from their human life on this earthly plane, does their spirit still live on forever, like our ever-continuing, infinite strands of D.N.A.? If the sun shines on us, and we breathe, consume water and acknowledge the existence of love, are we therefore creatures of divine, everlasting love? I believe so.

I believe there is no comparison in love and that it takes MANY, MANY, MANY forms (loving ourselves, our spouses, our planet, loving our groups, our hobbies, and our senses). Similarly, one particular fear is no worse than another particular fear (it, as well, creeps up in many forms, pushing buttons, feeding on weaknesses). This perception helps me to distinguish between accepting and wanting to control.

So even if a language or culture is foreign to us, when the INTENT OF LOVE is present, it creates common ground for all who thrive in it. If we strip away the illusion of material possessions like cars, homes, the skin we inhibit, and other trinkets; a vibrating, energetic and illuminated Spirit would remain...Maybe it would be full of Love or maybe it would consist of some other unresolved emotions that can be accepted with gratitude.

MIRACLES...


The miracles that I experience take place all the time. I experience enormous synchronicity on a daily basis. It has become a part of me... like one of my senses. It is exceptional because my friends and family members witness this happening to me, therefore becoming a part of it as well. It blows their minds sometimes! All of this began when I started eating foods and drinking water with a higher vibration in them. Raw spring water from a mountain nearby, raw, organic fruits & vegetables, and highly medicinal and mystical superfoods like raw cacao, maca, gogi berries and reishi mushroom teas. The more I ate, the less "normal" food I wanted and the more synchonicities took place. For example, I see and hear the words that I am thinking or typing simultaneously while I am at work, home, and in the car ALL THE TIME. If a television or radio is on, in my vicinity, it is SURE to either "reply" to what I say, or more likely, "say" what I am saying at exactly the same time, often in the same way. IT'S SO COOL! But it does not stop there. I have experienced so many of these little encounters in a row at the most "coincidental" times in the most hilariously serendipitous places, that I truly had to stop counting them. I do happen to have a notebook where many of my almost-unbelievable-synchronicites are jotted down, but they happen so quickly and whimsically that one should truly just enjoy the ride. Just think, this has happened to all of us, and it IS happening to all of us - when we notice it ;o)

BASICALLY, I FEEL THAT LIFE IS A BIG BEAUTIFUL MIRACLE BECAUSE THERE IS MAGIC AND FUN AND LOVE EVERYWHERE, WE JUST HAVE TO TUNE IN, STAY IN OUR FIELD OF GRACE, AND RECOGNIZE IT.

Having years of experience working together in fine dining, my husband, Blake, and I have participated in wine and scotch tastings that taught us how to "broaden our palettes".They seemed important at the time, but now, recently discovering our water connoisseurship, Blake and I have spent many an evening cracking open imported bottles of spring and mineral water out if curiousity. We find water taste tests to be fun and surprisingly complex! Recently we moved to the North Georgia mountains at the base of the Appalachian Mountains, which are among the oldest mountains on Earth. Blake and I have subsequently been supplied with an abundance of organic raw foods and pristine mountain spring water since our arrival to this paradise, immediately after we became married. We worked on an enchanted piece of land, held sacred by the Native Americans in the area, called Enota Mountain Retreat in Hiawassee Georgia. At Enota we had the pleasure of meeting David Wolfe and his lovely assistants, Chef-Frank Giglio and Super Gogi Girl, at the First International ORMUS Convention. We also met Barry Carter and many other interesting alchemists and participated in nature walks and some very enthralling late-night discussions with like-minded individuals (By the way, ORMUS is a naturally occurring element found in water and many other natural treasures on our planet. We were also charmed to participate with fire-walking trainer, Chik Shank, Tony Burroughs, and 75 publishers of Natural Awakenings magazine from around the world during their convention at Enota! Blake and I certainly have received a lot of education and blessings since our move, and there's still so much more to come.

While working at Enota Mountain Retreat we had the luxury of an endless supply of mineral rich water from an aquifer near Brasstwon Bald, the highest elevation point in Georgia, but life continued to take place and we moved on to new jobs. Within a week of our departure from Enota we discovered a new and enticing source of fresh, free, contiuous flowing spring water along US Hwy 64 East. The Winding Stair Gap Spring in Franklin, NC is our new source of spring water. It is conveniently located alongside the road on my daily route to work in North Carolina. It’s raw, nutrient rich, ‘living’ spring water” that has not been stripped of naturally occurring elements such as microscopic algae, potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium that is good for us. It's derived from an underground formation from which water flows naturally to the earth's surface. Something To Ponder...

Sun Gazing Process



We have a super computer in our bodies given to us by the nature, and it is our brain. HRM (Hira Ratan Manek) calls it the “brainutor”. The brain is more powerful than the most advanced super computer. Each and every human being is gifted with innumerable talents and infinite inherent powers by nature. Individuals should never underestimate themselves. Everyone is gifted. If we make use of these powers we can take ourselves to great levels. Unfortunately, these infinite, inherent powers are programmed in that part of the brain that is largely dormant and goes unused. Even medical science agrees that we hardly make use of the brain, but about 5-7%. Even the most brilliant of humans, like Albert Einstein, is reported to have used only about 32% of their brains.

If we can activate the human brain and awaken these infinite powers, inherent in ourselves, then we can raise ourselves to higher levels and higher vibrations. We can achieve any result we want, and in order to operate the brain effectively, it needs to be activated. Being a holistic entity, it needs a holistic power supply. Sun energy is the source that powers the brain, which can enter and leave the human body through one organ, being the human eye. Eyes are the sun energy’s entry door to the human brain. They are also known as the "windows of the soul". Recent research has found out that the eye has many functions other than vision. And more information is continuing to be revealed about the functions of the eye. The eyes are complex organs and they have 5 billion parts - much more than a spacecraft that has about 6-7 million parts. By this, you can see the immense capacity of the human eye.

HRM asserts that the rainbow is in the eye, not in the sky. In other words, the seven colors of the sun is only the reflection of what is in the eye. We can see a rainbow anytime we want. Observe below a source of flowing water as the sun moves above, hold a sparkly rock in the sunlight at just the right angle, notice the rainbow iridescence of each tiny bubble on the ocean's foamy shore. Here you will see the entire spectrum of the sunlight. It’s like having a pair of magic windows.

Since eyes are delicate parts of the body, we have to use them in such a way that they serve our purposes without getting damaged. Present day teachings and ideas, such as "Don’t look at the sunlight at all, you will damage your eyesight", "Never go out in the sun, as you will get cancer" are causing needless hysteria and paranoia. The more you are away from nature, the more there is a cause for illness, and one will then, automatically support global corporations. There are definite fool-proof ways of getting the benefits of nature without exposing ourselves to its adverse effects. It is obvious through our moods - when the clouds gather we become gloomy. When we see the sun, we feel energetic.

Fear & Light

FEAR... a four letter word... spell it backwards and you get "REAF"-a prelude to "reaffirm"-meaning: to confirm the validity, or make REAL. Sometimes all one must do when faced with fear is read it backwards or turn it inside out or upside down to see what is REAL. Acknowledge it. Take it seriously. Laugh at it. Toss it around. Show it who is boss. Play with it... or try nurturing it like it is something that you have worked towards for your entire lifetime... because YOU HAVE. You have established your fears, situated them in little pockets of space and time and reality and memory. You’ve established your ways, created your stage, accepted the characters that auditioned for their roles in your current life… and you undoubtedly expected what exists in YOUR WORLD NOW.

What makes fear occur? Is it wrong thought? Impurity? Insecurity? Sugar, meat, flour and saturated fats? A lack of something? A chemical reaction? My answer to this question is: “The acceptance that it exists”. Some people may call it programming, being taught, others may call it "upbringing", or culture, or "the rules”, "the word", "the way", the media (which is essentially an edited perversion of our beautiful real lives), I have heard it to be called a lifestyle, a religion, a habit, a curiosity, an addiction, the usual daily schedule, obsession, history repeating it’s self… and the list goes on. Please think carefully about what your own veiled fears are and what you call them and how you justify letting them sit there and eat away at (fill in the blank) . Yes, I know that was kind of a scary statement... but it was necessary. Will you continue to read or stop here because this isn’t “fun or easy" (?) or maybe you've heard this all before in some way, shape, or form... Blah, blah, blah.

You have established YOUR LIVLEHOOD, your ways, created your stage, accepted and expected what exists in YOUR WORLD… and IT MATTERS.

What if you had never heard of left or right? It would just be "that way" or "the other way", a finger pointing, eyes gazing... What if one had no fear of pain? It would be a sensation with no prescriptions attached... only intuitions for natural remedy. If we did not perceive “fat” or “skinny” there would only be focus on inner health... (emotional health, the digestive system and all of it's components, parasites or lack there of, quality of air and water etc... ) and in return we would have perfectly proportionate and youthful healthy bodies with no underlying motives for vanity…. And if we didn't know fear there would be NO LIMITS.

For a moment, let's try some hypothetical word equations: Let's just say that the word "left" means "thinking" and "right" means "feeling" and "breathing " means "having fun" and "loving" means "being rich" and "fearless" means "living". Hmmm, I don't know about you, but this sounds real, in a way. Could it be?

What are you afraid of right now? ...Germs, snakes, flying in a plane, being rejected, getting older, gaining weight, answering the phone, getting sick, getting caught... hmmmm.... confessing? Having children, accepting the past, bringing up a touchy subject, what other people will think, losing someone... losing money... Are you afraid of how much you depend on THINGS? Are you afraid of being left behind or leaving those who are seemingly dependent on you?

...Or is it a little more complex than that? Have you ever considered that one may actually be scared of getting BETTER? Moving on, being your truest self, expressing yourself in front of other people? Getting a passport, leaving the comfort zone of fattness, perverse onlookers, the game, or T.V. land, or the numbness of menacing medication, the comfort-ability of accepting that having mood swings or fits of rage (including road rage) is the norm for you and your housemates (including pets)? That being pitiful and self-centered is "in"? That talking about other people's private lives is "attractive"? Doing it and accepting it... whatever "it" may be? While knowing that "it" is not the avenue of your highest abilities...

This is IMPORTANT. It is YOUR LIFE and YOU can CHOOSE to be ALIVE!!!!!! Thrive by being good. Thrive by breathing in as much air as you can fit into your gorgeous lungs and exhale out as much as you possibly can until your tummy feels tight - five times in a row - feeling your prominent core and naturally regaining upright posture as to allow the gift of air and electricity to flow with great ease through your body. This experiment alone will cleanse your precious flesh and organs and you therefore exhale anxiety and doubt.

Trust in God. It's not too late. There is always a way. ALWAYS. Start now.

Whisper: "I CAN DO IT". (That is an awesome start.)

Say: "I CAN DO IT" out-loud. (For faster results.)

Sing an "I CAN DO IT" tune, consisting of your favorite and most comforting musical notes, as if you are singing a loving tune to a pet or a child. (Very effective.)

Believe in the malleability of your body and take DEEP BREATHS gently REACHING & STRETCHING your body while naturally singing your own original "I CAN DO IT" tune. (This interaction is sure to create exceptional results.)

Imagine endless rays of HEALING COLORFUL LIGHT radiating around your body, similar to that of a rainbow, and ENVISION YOUR PRAYERS and DREAMS COMING TRUE, COMBINE YOUR OWN ORIGNAL HEALING MELODIC AFFIRMATIONS WITH DEEP BREATHING, WHILE STRETCHING AND INCORPORATING PHYSICAL EXERSION.

Be CREATIVE. Let it become a dance of sorts, if you like… or try it with bare feet in the sunlight. Exercise this in a way that makes you happy, like gardening, dog walking, lifting weights, tennis, sprinting, pilates, etc… ( For example, I love to hum happy tunes while canoeing with my husband :o)

This book is like a boat. It may carry you further than you realize in a much shorter time than expected. It helped me to go with the natural flow of things and to become more inspired to eat lots of raw, live foods like sprouts. It also encouraged me to sit and pray or meditate in the sun for a few minutes everyday.

P.S. It has been said that praying is about talking to God and meditating is about listening to God. I really adhered to this statement when I heard it because it feels correct. What do you think???

The philosopher's stone

I recently participated in the First International ORMUS Convention at Enota Mountain Retreat in Hiawassee, Georgia where I had the pleasure of meeting David Wolfe and many other highly fun and inteligent super-heroes! They basically all got together and shared information, energy, and insight on an age old element that does not appear on the periodic table. What is this element? ORMUS - An Ancient Alchemical Revelation. It is a group of essential minerals previously unknown to science because these minerals did not show up in common scientific tests. They are very common in plants, animals, air, water, soil, and even spider webs. One reason that ORMUS is beneficial is that it appears to assist commutation between cells in the body and between the body and spirit.

A Spiritually Heightening Proper Food Combining Chart...

Almost two years ago, Blake, my husband, was in a great amount of pain. It was mainly in his lower back, but no one could figure out exactly what the source of the problem was. It put him out of work and he the was treated time and time again at Pain Solutions, but there were no long term healing results. There seemed to be no end. After 8 months of stressful and painful injections to numb the affected area, the doctor told Blake that the only solution to end his pain was a surgery where they burned the nerve endings in his back. This is a fairly risky procedure and we did not have a good feeling about it. One of our main concerns was that the nerve endings were expected to grow back in a year or so. "Hmmm, sounds like a never ending road of visits to Pain Solutions", I said to myself.

NOT A SPRING CHICKEN!

In the early 1960's, medical researchers discovered that a diet high in animal flesh and saturated fats was what had been eaten by people with a spectrum of disease from kidney damage, cancer, atherosclerosis, strokes to osteoporosis.

Meat is high in a substance called uric acids which stresses the kidneys. Vegetarian proteins sail through human kidneys with ease while meat protein does not. Animal flesh puts uric acid 'puff' on our faces. The proof is that many meat-eaters have a kind of edema that has built up on their faces over the years. When comparing the face of a 60 year old meat-eating individual who has comsumed large amounts of meat into thier daily eating lifestyle to that of a 60 year old vegetarian's face, the results are obvious. You can see no resemblance to the person they were at 20, whereas most vegetarians keep the facial contours of a 20 year old until they are 90.

Animal flesh is high in saturated fats, cholesterol, hence it created heart disease and strokes, the #2 and #3 killers in the USA.

What is less known to conventional science is that the human body tends to view animal protein as a 'foreign protein invader,' hence the meateater's immune system is always deployed, on a state of Red Alert by all the burger coursing through the veins. Meat eaters are more vulnerable to viral and bacterial attack.

The kidneys try to compensate for all the nitrogen in meat and rob the bones of calcium to do it.

Even conventional doctors tell us that meat is an 'acid' reaction food and all that stomach acid and rotting meat running through our GI tract causes our bodies to turn acidic. The body wants to return to an alkaline state and compensates the only way it knows. It withdraws alkaline calcium from the bones.

Excretion of minerals (prime among these calcium,) causes arthritis, gout, bone degeneration and osteoporosis making our skeletons shrink, porous and brittle and as the bone calcium moves around, settling inside the spine, compressing spinal nerves with resulting neuropathy.


For the record, there are other foods that turn bones to powder: acidic 'pop' sodas, pastuerized citrus and tomato products, coffee and tea - the diuretics beverages that Americans most often choose to drink wash away minerals.

No doctor would give diuretics to a patient without arranging for mineral replacement therapy, yet we gulp acidic drinks as a skeleton-destroying way of life. Horrifyingly, the bones of tea/coffee/pop drinkers are going through their bladders, down the pipes and into the deep blue sea. No wonder ocean water is such a fountain of minerals! A million years of our ancestors bones are probably floating around in it.









Besides mineral-excreting, there is one more problem with meat-eating. In the sixties, a legion of Tibetan and Hindu Yogi mystical gurus arrived in the U.S., telling us of the sensitivity and intelligence of all cows but most evident to farmers who raised these animals from childhood, saying that every animal in the barnyard was a conscious, friendly, loving creature. . They told us to imagine the fear and panic of a friendly, trusting being confined near a slaughter house, smelling their friends' blood for days, then finally dragged to a bloody spot and butchered, some as babies, painfully separated from their mothers for the last week of their life. They asked us to imagine eating that flesh so full of fear and pain hormones and the karma of eating this kindly creature, thusly participating in his murder and its grief.

The flesh eater inhales a large dose of the exact mood hormones that are in that terrfied animal contributing to our own panic, anxiety and depression.

A SECRET OF ANTI-AGING



Anti aging is possible. The body is designed to heal and repair itself with the aid of proper nutrition. The body requires two vital materials to complete this - energy and raw material. These two requirements are needed to maintain the cell's proper functions. The body is made up of cells and all cells are living. All living things need food. Each cell needs the proper food to keep it strong. Cells die and replace themselves at various intervals. To understand anti-aging, understand that when a cell replaces itself it has three options that it can replace itself with:



1. A cell may replace itself with a weaker cell each time. A cell will do this if it hasn't had the right nutritional foods available to it. This process is called degeneration.

2. A cell can replace itself with the same strength cell. This means the body doesn't improve. That is, you have a chronic condition.

3. The cell is capable of replacing itself with a stronger and better cell. This will happen only if the cell has an abundance of energy and the right raw materials. This process is called regeneration. It is anti-aging.

Many of the foods that we have been told are good for us in actual fact may cause degeneration. This can be shown by muscle testing. Your kinesiologist can supply you with information on which foods to avoid to stop degeneration, and which foods to buy to aid regeneration and anti-aging.

Foods which usually cause degeneration and aging are:

High levels of carbohydrate
Sugar
Milk (especially homogenized milk) and cheese
Caffeine - Including Tea, Coffee, chocolate, cola, chuppa chups
Chocolate (it contains dangerous levels of lead!)
Cigarettes
White flour
Microwaved food
Chemicals such as flouride (which is a rat poison)
Artificial sweeteners (especially aspartame / nutrasweet)
Alcohol
Processed foods
Artificial Colorings (as in Gatorade)
Additives
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
Preserved meat
Moderate to high levels of meat
Meat from animals on unnatural diets (eg pork)

Hydrogenated oils
Oil that is not cold pressed / expeller pressed (use olive oil, butter or ghee)
Deep fried foods
Chips / French fries
Puffed grains
Soy products other than soy sauce, miso and tofu (eg soy milk & soy oil)
Meat and eggs raised by `normal' methods which have many toxins and hormones.
Seafood which are garbage eaters (eg oysters)
Foods with high levels of mercury. This includes most fish, such as tuna.
Aluminium. Especially from aluminium cookware.
Genetically Modified Food (GMOs). At present this is about 50% of all soy and corn. Even organic soy and corn can have GMOs in it unless otherwise stated.

A MAJOR cause of aging is heavy metals. Virtually all of us suffer from heavy metal toxicity.


Foods which can help regeneration and anti-aging include

RAW nuts, seeds, soaked and sprouted grains
Almonds, especially if they have been soaked in water for 24 hours ('sprouted')
Fruit and vegetables especially sprouts
Green leafy vegetables
Lentils - learn Indian cooking to make them interesting
Beans that have been soaked for 8 hours. (That is, 'sprouted'. This makes them alkaline)
Brown rice that has been soaked for 22 hours. This makes it alkaline
Organic Cottage cheese and yogurt. They are alkalline. The bacteria has changed the original milk.

In addition, frequent drinks of good water is crucial. We believe the best water is water that has been filtered by reverse osmosis. Next best would be spring water. Tap water is not as good because of the chlorine and the fluoride (although it is better than nothing). Distilled water is not as good for you - its energy has been altered. In Europe distilled water is labelled ``not for human consumption". Mineral water is not as good because the minerals are not in a form your body likes. Water that comes from the top of mountains is no good because, according to genius Victor Schauberger, it is lacking in oxygen. Many people's health problems and anti-aging would improve if they would just drink more good water!

Nutritionists like to divide food into a number of different groups. I suggest that you think about dividing food up into two food groups. One group produces acids when it is digested. The other group produces alkalies when it is digested. Our bodies are constantly producing waste products, much the same as the exhaust coming from the back of your car. Waste products are acidic. They are called toxins. Toxins cause tiredness, pain and aging. Therefore, if you want more energy and less pain and anti-aging, you need to eat less acid-producing food.

Foods that produce acids are carbohydrates and proteins. 'Foods' such as tea, coffee, softdrinks, sugar, flavourings, artificial sweetener and preserved meats are even more acidic i.e. toxic. And pollutants (such as heavy metals) and pesticides are even worse.

To neutralise an acid you need an alkali. The main foods that produce alkalis are fruit and vegetables, particularly leafy, green vegetables, such as sprouts, parsley and cabbage. That is why people should eat LOTS of fruit and especially vegetables, for anti-aging. Raw is best. And steamed is much, much better than boiled (as it retains the vitamins and minerals). Also organic cottage cheese and yogurt.

Once you begin to understand this, it is easy to see why so many people are suffering from health problems. Have a look at what people put into their shopping carts next time you are at the supermarket. (Lots of white bread, soft drinks and preserved meats). And have a look at what people have on their plate next time you are in a restaurant. Lots of carbohydrate and protein, and very few vegetables, except maybe for some lettuce.

This is not to say that we don't need protein and complex carbohydrates. We do. The key is BALANCE. We need to balance the acid-producing foods we eat with much more alkali-producing foods, especially if we suffer from symptoms such as tiredness, pain, illness, gas and skin problems.

The other thing to bear in mind is that the body has hundreds of different chemical reactions going on, for which it needs at least NINETY different things, including vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Therefore, people need more variety in their diet, to ensure that they get everything their body needs, for effective anti-aging.

The Three Treasures



Jing, Shen, Qi
are known as the "Three Treasures" in Chinese Herbal Medicine.
They describe three concepts of energy and underly the philosophy on which the "Three Treasures Teas" were developed.


Jing

Jing energy, also called "essence", is the primordial energy unique to an individual that is passed to them at conception. Jing is received from one's parents and has no "material form". Its closest Western counterpart is DNA (our genetic material). This energy governs the developmental growth processes in the body and the rate and degree of determination of the body. Chinese Medicine teaches that Jing can be strengthened through diet, life-style and herbal treatments.

Shen

Shen is known as the "psyche", "mind" or "spirit". Shen is said to be the driving energy behind activities that take place in the mental, spiritual or creative planes. Moderately weak Shen often manifests itself as anxiety, mild depression or chronic restlessness. Very weak Shen is possibly indicated by deeper psychological problems. Shen can be strengthened through medication, physical exercises such as T'ai Qi and Qi Gong and by herbal remedies.

Qi

Qi is the most dynamic and immediate energy of the body. This unique energy results from the interaction of yin and yang. It has been called "energy", "vital energy", "primal energy" and "life force". A healthy body is a wellspring of constant circulating Qi which moves around the body, in and out of the body, up and down within the body. Vibrant Qi has warming properties that bring about a sense of complete harmony and wellness.


When Jing, Shen and Qi are interacting harmoniously,
individuals live life at peak capacity.

Our body, mind and soul are fully engaged.

An Inspiring letter By Magnus

* * * What I Like About Las Vegas * * *

Dear Melody Germain,

As I sat in the lounge at McCarran airport waiting to leave
Las Vegas, I looked back at the skyline of the strip, and
thought fondly back over my stay. I'd certainly met some
interesting characters.

The thing that stood out to me was the way the taxi drivers
really had a sense of pride and ownership of their city.
It's something you get in London, but in Vegas they take it
one step further. The first trip I took in a taxi the guy
was talking about how "we're building" such-and-such a new
casino here, and "we're" putting up a new set of condos
there.

I started to wonder if he worked in construction, but it
was just that he felt a part of what they were doing in
that strange city in the middle of the desert. In London
people are more likely to bitterly complain about a new
developement.

I asked every taxi driver about the recession, and heard an
exact fifty-fifty split: Either it did hurt Las Vegas, or
it didn't.

"Oh yes, we get it bad here. The first sign of a downtown
and people start cancelling holidays. They can't afford
spare cash like that. It's like a ghost town here."

"Nah, the worse it gets the more people come here to
gamble. It's a bit quieter than normal this time of year
but there's still plenty going on."

Same city. Same profession. Absolutely opposing world
view. One guy was having a recession, the next one wasn't
- totally down to their beliefs and perception of the
world.

Every taxi driver wanted to talk about City Center. It's
the new super-casino resort, in the middle of the strip,
with apartments and shopping malls, apparently if you live
there you would never have to leave. (Not something that
appeals to me but looking at the scale model of the place
there's a part of me that wants to start saving my pennies
for a million-dollar apartment)

They're building it as fast as they can, and the taxi
drivers proudly tell me it's the biggest man-made structure
currently being built. That's a lot of construction
workers who certainly aren't have a recession.

Back in England I see Las Vegas on the British news, and
they are interviewing Real Estate developers, who are
experiencing a massive drop in sales, no doubt. But they
don't mention City Center.

It's hard to believe that MGM Mirage, the developers of
City Center, are worried. The wealthy take a long-term
view, and they know that there is a season to everything.


House prices in the UK are starting to fall from an
all-time high, and the only possible way to panic is if you
utterly ignore that they are on a cycle, that they have
always been on a cycle, and that they continue to cycle as
they always have.

Gordon Brown (he's our Prime Minister now) appears on the
TV and the commentators say he's finally acknowledging
there is a recession. He said something like "Yes, there's
a recession! Quick, everyone stop spending! So then
there'll be a recession, I mean, because there is a
recession. So we should stop spending, because everyone
stopped spending... I mean, because there is a recession!"
That's how I remember it, anyway.

And yet... several friends of mine just bought new
apartments and houses. A friend of mine just got her dream
job, my brother just got a new job at the Gherkin (an
iconic London skyscraper in the centre of the business
district). My former housemate wedding photographer is
more booked up than ever before.

It is a rare thing when anyone makes a cosmological discovery — a discovery about the structure and evolution of the universe — but that is what Doyle Philip Henderson did. He discovered something which is true for every human being in the world, whether you live in Mumbai or Miami, Melbourne or Moscow: human feelings and emotions are artefacts of human maturation. There are no basic emotions common to everyone. That this seems to be the case is a result of local uniformities in culture, customs, and family rearing which expose each child to events which create what is thought to be the basic set of emotions: reverence, sadness, joy, anger, blushing, excitement, arousal, awe, irritability, moodiness, etc. How these childhood events before the age of five years old are stored and recapitulated later over a lifetime was Doyle Henderson's basic discovery and led to his pioneering of a method to erase one's unwanted feelings and emotions. The nascent science of doyletics was founded on these basic principles and the speed trace which resulted provides anyone a simple memory technique to remove unwanted bodily states or doyles within a minute or so.

History of Doyle Henderson and His Work

Doyle was very fearful as a young boy growing up in Southern California. He was scared, but he did things anyway. When other boys climbed high trees, Doyle would be trembling, his heart beating very fast in fear of what they were doing, but he would climb the same trees anyway, even higher than the other boys. He was never too scared to do something — he did them anyway. But always he wondered, "Why am I trembling with my heart racing, and not the other boys?" During World War II he wanted to join the Army like his older brother had done years earlier. He kept flunking his physical because his heart rate was off the charts. Only after his earnest pleading did the doctor wisely allow him to run up and down some steps. With his heart rate in the normal range for someone who had been exercising, he passed his physical. So he joined the Army — he went to war in spite of his overwhelming fears. After he came home, he even learned to fly and owned an airplane for a long time.

After the war Doyle became a pioneer in digital electronic instrumentation. He built the first digital timer ever used at Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah (USA) to time car speeds. He obtained a degree in electronics and went to work for Berkeley Instruments where he continued to design instruments. Later he went to work on such state-of-the-art projects as the SNARK intercontinental missile, which was an unmanned airplane guided by celestial navigation capable of delivering a nuclear weapon payload over 6,000 miles away within a quarter of a mile accuracy, an incredible feat for the technology of the time.

Always in the back of his mind he was wondering, "Why am I so fearful?" One day an insight popped up in his head which was destined to change the course of his life and millions of others: "An emotion is a recapitulated event from one's childhood." His work in digital instrumentation had taught him one can make records of earlier events, such as during calibration time, and recall those events to compare to some current reading. What if our brain worked that way? What if we stored those bodily states we call variously feelings and emotions from events which happened to us before some early age and thereafter simply recalled them given some appropriate trigger or signal? "That," he thought triumphantly, "would explain my fearful trembling!"

The chase was on. Doyle began studying everything he could find about emotions, psychology, psychotherapy and soon he began to see that nothing in his insight was contradicted by what he read. This emboldened him to begin attempting to locate the original event during which he stored the fear and trembling bodily states. Using a combination of hypnosis and age regression, he was able to locate the original event and thereafter he experienced no more trembling and rapid heart rate.

He began to assist others, even opening a clinic locally in which they took in the hopeless cases from a nearby drug rehabilitation clinic — those that the clinic had been unable to help. He would begin by having them systematically relax all the muscles in their body, then place their minds at an earlier age. Eventually he would lead them to locate and then to cycle around the original event. When done, the bodily states which led to their aberration and addiction would have dissipated. Doyle claimed that he had converted alcoholics into social drinkers. One of the clinic doctors felt threatened and had the police shut down Doyle's competing clinic. At that time Doyle was still working as an aeronautical engineer and doing this community work on his own time. His procedure worked. It was free. They shut him down because they claimed he was practicing medicine without a license. He was only helping people learn how to use a memory technique, but the doctor only saw a competing clinic and wanted it shut down.

Out of these years of clinical experience came an important experiential discovery which is a basic tenet of doyletics: the Memory Transition Age. Doyle discovered that if he helped someone trace and they went back before five year old to the original event, the onerous bodily states never returned, but if they only went back as far as say, seven, the bodily states would return at some later date. Those people, for whom the bodily states returned, he would take through the memory procedure again and this time take them to an earlier age. By keeping track of the ages at which people got permanent removal of the bodily states, he homed in on the age of five years old. Each time he took people below five, their bodily states never returned. Thus, five years old became a benchmark year for his memory procedure and is known in doyletics as the Memory Transition Age (MTA).

One day a man came in who had a bad back and could not lie down as was the usual procedure during the systematic relaxation leading up to the procedure. He allowed the man to sit up with his eyes closed and the procedure worked. Months later, a gentleman who was deaf came to him. Doyle taught himself American Sign Language in order to communicate with the man and the procedure worked as well. Doyle now knew it was possible to do a memory procedure with one's eyes open and sitting up. Then a lady wrote him who lived alone and wished to use his procedure. Doyle wrote a software program so that the lady could do the procedure sitting up in front of her computer. He called the software PANACEA! — the name expressed his enthusiasm for his discovery as a universal anodyne for relieving people of the world of unwanted fear, anger, grief, distress, depression, etc.

Doyle couldn't help people remove the things which triggered their fear, anger, grief, distress, depression, but he could help them remove the bodily states which the events around them as adults were triggering. Those bodily states were rising up in them from their childhood, he found, exactly as the trembling and fast-heart rate of his own childhood. These states, which had lasted so long into his adult life, had now been completely erased. In fact, they had been extirpated which means they had been "pulled out by their roots" — roots which he knew extended to before five years old in childhood. By using his memory trace procedure, other people could, in the privacy of their homes, remove their own onerous bodily states permanently.

Founding the Science of Doyletics

At the point when I first met Doyle Henderson, he was about 75 years old, living in the mountains above Los Angeles in a mountain cabin, retired, and selling his software package to people around the world. I met him on a Joseph Newman Energy Machine List and asked him about his email address panacea@bigbear.net and he told me about his software. I found it hard to believe and he agreed to send me a copy to try out. It worked spectacularly for me on the first attempt, but I skipped a few of the steps and discovered that I could do subsequent traces without the software. Apparently one did not need to cycle around the original event, but simply go back before the original event in order for it to be effective. With Doyle's permission, I began doing seminars for 15 or so people and leading them in a trace during the course of the seminar. Many of them did successful traces during the short demonstration. They bought copies of Doyle's software to take home with them.

Doyle's interest was in the functioning of the memory trace procedure, but my interest was in how the structures of the brain could work to make such a procedure effective. I began my study of the literature on emotions in earnest to supplement what I already knew from my studies of brain structure, physiology, neurology, psychology, psychotherapy and other fields. Soon an image began to emerge for me that Doyle had made a cosmological discovery which affected every human being and that a science needed to be created for the body of knowledge which will accrue from his discovery. I had already begun using the word "doyles" to refer to the physical body states stored before five years old. This came about because in my first two years of meeting Doyle Henderson we spent several hours a day emailing each other and I insisted on using "physical body states" instead of "feelings" and "emotions" because I had come to see from my early research that if these physical body states comprised the substrate of what people called feelings and emotions. One day after having typed "physical body states" a hundred times or so, I told Doyle I needed a short, one-syllable name to replace "physical body states" and I was going to use his name in lowercase and plural, "doyles".

That was a fortuitous decision because when I came to found the science which was to embody Doyle's discovery, the word "doyletics" fit beautifully as a name for the science. The name will forever honor the innovator, Doyle Henderson, who made the original cosmological discovery upon which the science is based. It allowed me to give a simple operational definition of doyletics as the study of doyles, just as genetics is the study of genes. In fact, if genetics can be called the science which studies the acquisition and transmission of physical body traits, then doyletics can be called the science which studies the acquisition and transmission of physical body states. Bodily traits are carried by genes in the genetic structure first generated at conception, and bodily states are carried by doyles stored in the limbic region of the brain during events before five years old. Bodily traits comprise the physical structure of the human body such as eye and hair color, height, facial features, etc., and they are acquired from one's parents. Bodily states comprise all the doylic events stored between 2 months after conception and five years old, and they are acquired during that time from the events and the people in one's life: one's parents, caregivers, relatives and friends. Just as eye color may be acquired genetically from one's mother, a dislike for sauerkraut can be acquired doylicly from one's father. The word doyletics is to be treated as the words designating other sciences such as: genetics, physics, chemistry, biology, etc., — it is not capitalized inside a sentence.

Early on in my founding the science of doyletics I sat down with Doyle and Betty Henderson and explained what I was going to do. I wanted to explain how doyletics worked and how people can do a simple memory trace to remove doyles. The three of us could understand that this would likely remove the market for Doyle's software, and I asked their permission to proceed. Doyle and Betty were unanimous and enthusiastic in approving my plans. With their blessing I formed the website http://www.doyletics.com and began bringing the simple memory trace procedure called the speed trace to the world.

We called it the "speed trace" because a typical trace before then required about 30 minutes to an hour to complete with the progressive relaxation and cycling around the original event (which required returning to a relaxed state after each time). In the beginning my own speed traces took about 10 minutes or so, as I focused on remembering events at each five year time mark in my life as I went down. Soon I discovered that remembering events was not only unnecessary, but it was distracting. It caused some people to get off the track and destroyed the effectiveness of the trace because the doyle they were tracing could be replaced by some other doyle triggered by a memory. Whenever that happens the trace will assuredly fail. Only later did I discover how short a trace can be and still be effective. One day I did a trace in under ten seconds from beginning to end with complete effectiveness. After that experience, I knew that the shorter the trace, the more likely it would be effective. The brevity helps ensure that the doyle being traced will remain active during the whole trace.

If you know about internal combustion automobiles, you knows that you need FUEL and SPARK in order for the engine to run. That can help you to remember the two requirements for a successful trace: HOLD and MARK

HOLD — you hold onto the doyle until you go below five years old (or the doyle is holding onto you)

MARK — you go systematically down your time marks. A time mark is an age that you say during the trace as you go from your current age to below five years old. The selection of which time marks to use are an individual decision: you need to find about seven plus or minus two time marks between your current age and five years old. A simple way is to use increments of 5 if you're under 35 and 10 if you're over 35. Thus for a 42-year-old: 42, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 or for a 68-year-old: 68, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5. For a child under 12, use every year.



Speed Trace Instructions

The instructions for riding a bicycle are simple. Sit on the bicycle and start pedaling. But I dare you to tell that to a child whose never ridden a two-wheeler for the first time and see if that simple instruction works. Do you remember when you rode a two-wheeler for the first time? When you let go from the ground to reach the pedal, you fell over. Before you could ride a two-wheeler, you had to learn the trick of coordinating all the tasks of letting go of the ground, reaching the pedal before you fall over, and pedaling the bike forward fast enough to reach stability.

But any child can learn to ride a two-wheel bike easily if it has training wheels. The training wheels keeps their attention on learning to move the bike forward and having a successful experience of enjoying riding a bike without the pains of failing by falling over.

The training wheels for a speed trace are this: choose a doyle to trace that is easy to HOLD and then go down the time MARKs. For most people, the easiest doyles to begin with are food dislike doyles. Why? Because they are so easy to trigger and they stay around for while so the HOLD condition is easily satisfied. In addition a successful trace is easy to confirm.

To trigger a food dislike that will stay around while you do your first speed trace is simple: select a food that you strongly dislike, buy some of the food, cook it if necessary, and set the food in front of you while you do the speed trace. The constant stimulation of the look and smell of the food will likely be enough to keep the doyles on HOLD while you trace. (If necessary to evoke the doyles, eat a small amount of the food to start.)

When the food is ready, set it before you, and when you feel the doyles rising in you, BEGIN:

Go down your time marks, going backwards or down the time MARKs to five years old saying this words (ALOUD the first trace or two or three), using "this doyle" to refer to the set of physical body states which arose in you when you set the food in front of you and smelled it and looked at it:

"I'm this age (say TIME MARK), and I'm experiencing this doyle."

Let's take the example of a man of 23 who feels the muscles in his face and jaw tense up as he sees and smells the green vegetable he detests in front of him. He calls the muscle tension "this doyle" and says aloud the words below. Note that his words are said always in the present tense, and they are true because at each age he would have felt the same muscle tension when he saw/smelled the despised vegetable, thus his brain moves with each TIME MARK down to the original event:

"I'm 23, and I'm experiencing this doyle."

"I'm 20, and I'm experiencing this doyle."

"I'm 15, and I'm experiencing this doyle."

"I'm 10, and I'm experiencing this doyle."

"I'm 5, and I'm experiencing this doyle."

At this point, he may go down below the original event when he first smelled or tasted his obnoxious vegetable, so we change what he says to acknowledge that possibility. Below five, he says:

"I'm 4 — am I still experiencing this doyle?"

At each TIME MARK below 4 years old, he asks himself if he still experiences the onerous effects of the vegetable. If he finds that the muscle tension he felt in his face and jaw (specific to his own childhood experience) is gone, the answer is NO, and the trace is over.

If the answer is YES, he continues with TIME MARKs of 3, 2, 1, 9 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 1 Day Old (day after I was born), -1 Day (day before I was born), -1 month, and down a month at a time to -7 months. When one is a two-month-old fetus in the womb is the earliest time at which one may store doylic memories, so far as we know. Note: for food dislikes the doyle will usually go away by 1 Day Old as one does not consume food before birth, one is nourished through the blood one receives via the umbilical cord. (Note: some doyles may go away slowly over several TIME MARKs.)

When the trace is over, he can ask himself (silently is okay), "What's a plausible thing could have happened to me when I was X-years-old?" where X represents the previously unknown age of the original event, which the speed trace has now made known.

A speed trace is in a sense like an algebraic equation where you solve for X, which is the unknown. You get an answer for X when you HOLD the doyle and go down the TIME MARKs to below the age of the original event, which we know from Doyle Henderson's hard work over twenty-five years must be below five years old. Once you know X and you ask for the memory associated with the doyle you just traced, your brain will give it up to you in some form. It may be a sound, a dim vision, or some combination of memory components which will be your clue as to what happened to you when the doyle was stored.

In a seminar I gave at El Paso Community College in Texas, a 60-year-old lady did a doyle trace on her fear of scorpions which are a prevalent hazard in her home there. It went away at three years old. She had solved for her unknown and got X = 3. She asked herself, "What's a possible thing happened to me at AGE=3?" and suddenly saw herself being bitten by a scorpion! Fortuitously her mother was available in the next room. I went over to her, and asked the frail, 82-year-old lady if her daughter ever got bitten by a scorpion. The old lady's hand trembled, her eyes lit up, and she exclaimed, "Yes! When she was three years old!" A fifty-seven-year-old memory had risen from the depths of this mother's brain into the light of day and confirmed what her daughter had just received from asking what we call the Plausibility Question (PQ) right after her speed trace. A lifelong fear of scorpions was gone permanently after being traced to a single event in her life at three years old. From now on scorpions appear in her life, but she will dispatch them without the paroxysms of fear which had held her in thrall, up until now.

What to Use the Speed Trace On

Like riding a bicycle, anyone can learn do the simple memory procedure called the speed trace. You might fall down once or twice till you get the pedals turning smoothly and enjoy your first ride around the block. But once you get a confirmed speed trace such as a food dislike under your belt, the world is your oyster — where do you want to go next with your amazing vehicle?

Are there hunger pangs which plague you till you eat more than is good for you? Trace them away.
Do you have stage fright during a meeting or making a sales presentation? Erase those doyles.
Feel unsteady in high places? Ease yourself with a speed trace.
Feel gloomy? Lighten up with a speed trace.
Seasick? Steady yourself with a speed trace.
The list of doyles which can be traced is limitless — basically any event that could have happened to you as a child under the age of five is capable of storing a doyle which may show up later in you as an onerous physical body state. When it does, be ready. Are you in doubt as to whether something is a doyle or not? When in doubt, trace it out. If it's a doyle, it will go away upon completion of a successful speed trace. If it doesn't go away, do some other confirmed speed traces to make sure you have the procedure correct and trace it again. It is easier to trace an unwanted doyle than to ask someone if something may be a doyle or not. Only your body knows the answer to that and a trace is the way of asking the question effectively. If the answer is yes, the doyle goes away. If the doyle doesn't go away, it may be some physiological condition unrelated to a stored doylic memory and thus not susceptible to tracing.

How do you know for sure something is a doyle? Here are some simple ways to tell if something is a doyle in you or not. When you suspect a doyle is present, do one or all of the following things:

Close your eyes or look away from something.
Move out of the room you're in. Does the doyle go away after a short time?
Stop up your ears or turn off the sounds you're listening to.
Take a shower or long soaking bath.
Change to some other kind of clothes: tight to loose-fitting or vice versa.
Talk about the same subject to a different person.
Ask yourself, "Did the doyle go away?" A "YES" answer indicates the presence of a doyle which you may wish to trace and erase next time it arises.

This is not a comprehensive list, but it covers most of the usual ways doyles are triggered. They can be triggered also by other doyles or memories which are completely internal. That's how people who remember things as they go down the TIME MARKs can get lost: they trigger some other doyle. Their brain loses track of the original doyle, and the trace fails. Since one doyle can trigger other doyles, it's possible to have a long cascade of doyles. It might seem difficult to trace a cascade of doyles, but it is actually quite simple: trace the first doyle in the cascade and the cascade will never occur again! When a doyle acts as a gateway to other doyles, tracing it will remove the trigger for the remainder of the doylic chain and you will be free of the cascade of doyles. Thus you will find that even the simplest doyle trace may have salubrious effects on your life by removing all the cascades which formerly were triggered by the one doyle.

This explains why you do not need to evoke a full-blown doyle in order to do a successful trace to erase the doyle. Tracing away any mild doyle which leads to the full-blown doyle will be effective at removing the full-blown one. No need for you to get so angry you are punching holes in the wall to remove the anger doyle. Simply start your trace at the earliest signs of anger. In addition, while doing the memory procedure, the speed trace removes the need for you to recover all the possibly horrendous feelings associated with the original event. Thus, you need not recover feelings of intense anger, e.g., that might cause you to kick holes in the wall, vomit, or scream endlessly. Simply going back before the original event, skipping blithely over the event without re-experiencing it, is quite effective in removing the onerous doyles. Used in this fashion, it is quite clear that the speed trace is a memory technique for converting doylic memories into cognitive memories.

How the Speed Trace Works

How does a speed trace do its work? In short, the brain continues to evolve through age five at which time full cognitive memory capability is present. This was known by Sigmund Freud who called the process "childhood amnesia." Cognitive memory is what we all call just memory, but I use the term to distinguish it from doylic memory. Doylic memory is functional at about two months after conception in the womb and stores the bodily states or doyles in the limbic structures along the brain stem. These doyles contain all kinds of muscle tension, respiratory rates, heart rates, internal organ homoeostatic settings, and links to other doyles. These doyles are recapitulated whenever any portion of the original event impinges on the limbic region, i.e., whenever a doylic trigger occurs.

When you were three, e.g., you experienced some onerous physical body states. If the only kind of memory you had available at three was doylic memory, a doylic record was made in your limbic structure. A cognitive memory could not have been created because your cognitive memory capability was not ready for operation — you were below five years old. Your brain stores memory in the highest and best way it can, so later when you passed five years old, your brain began storing only cognitive memories, what you and I call simply, memories, of every event thereafter. But those doylic memories are still in there, firing off in every second, every minute of every day, every year, every decade of your life. Until you do a trace.

What happens during a trace? You go down into your brain where the doylic memory was stored and since you now have cognitive memory capability, your brain creates, for the first time, a cognitive memory of the original event. Previously your brain had only the capability of storing a doylic memory. Once the cognitive memory is stored, your brain will no longer cause a doyle to arise in you from some trigger but rather it will allow you to access the cognitive memory it stored during your speed trace. In effect, the doylic memory has been changed into a cognitive memory.

In simple terms, the doyle which bothered you is now gone forever.

And you may be able to discover what happened to you by retrieving the cognitive memory which was created of the original event when you did the trace by asking the PQ or Plausibility Question.

Closing Comments

In closing, let me thank Doyle Henderson for his pioneering work which led directly to the science of doyletics. He worked in a field very different from his own, but his knowledge of instrumentation allowed him to see a possibility about the etiology of emotions and feelings and other bodily states that no one before him had ever imagined: that all these originated from body states stored during original events before five years old and recapitulated thereafter. He grasped the origin of emotions in one superb insight and worked tirelessly for over 25 years to pinpoint what we now call the Memory Transition Age. Thanks to him, millions of people, in fact, all the peoples of the world, in every country will be able to remove onerous bodily states and improve the ecology of their mind and body quickly and simply via a speed trace.

His discovery was simple as many other discoveries are. Isaac Newton's discovery of his Three Laws of Motion led to the laws of classical mechanics and helped to create an industrial revolution in the external physical world. Doyle Henderson's discovery will create a revolution of equivalent importance in the internal world of emotions, feelings, and body states. Imagine a world in which the science of doyletics is taught in the grade schools of the world. Imagine a world in which children trace and erase onerous doyles as they grow and mature. Imagine a world run by those children when they become adults. Imagine now the contribution Doyle Henderson will have made to make that world possible.

You do not need to take the message in this article on faith. Learn to do the speed trace to erase unwanted doyles in your life. Then you will be convinced that the onerous doyles you stored before five years old can be traced and erased. And, if you can do it, so can every other person alive today.
